This goal of this project is to build a website that does some non-trivial things having built everything myself, from the ground up.
My working definition of what that constraint means is that I should avoid using any external libraries. I am allowed to use any programming language, but no imports. That said, I may end up breaking that rule to bootstrap a few things. Right now it's just some yaml files and ~50 lines of ruby - watch this space!
